Utterly disappointed

I am actually disappointed, if not disgusted by how myself & my partner were treated after we missed our flight. We were actually there 15min before the flight took off. We pleaded with them to allow us on the flight, as the flight was still there & explained that we had a family emergency that made us late. But they were very dismissive & told us to wait for our bags & we will have to book another flight & we forfeit the money for the missed flight. I would never recommend this airline for anyone, as the staff was unapologetically rude & were laughing @ our misfortune
