Unfortunate experience

i had an unfortunate experience from Airlink. I was travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg, my flight was 18:00 to 20:00. On our arrival we waited for our luggage for more than 10minutes, on their arrival my bag was opened , did not suspect anything though, it was late and when got home I unpacked my bag only to find that my router device is missing, it has been in my bag since we arrived in Cape Town as I was on Wi-Fi all time and it was flat to use it anyway. My bag is tone and this was my new bag for this particular trip.
