They deliberately profit off COVID and other sad events like the recent riots in South Africa. In recent weeks I have been trying to fly my kids back to school but I had to change their tickets as COVID regulations changed, then the riots happened just before term started and the yesterday their international flight into joberg delayed so they missed their connecting Airlink flight. However Airlink forced me to buy new tickets for my children. Approx $1000 for a one hour flight!! No empathy, no understanding-just greedy money grabbing tactics in a time where flexibility and empathy are so important Beware if this airline!!
