THEY RUN AWAY WITH REFUNDS & CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSES ARE DELAYED BY WEEKS

I would not recommend this airline. For peace of mind, book with another airline.

I bought a ticket on 30 Nov 23 and paid ZAR 1156.79 for a flight from CPT to JHB on 6 Dec 23. I had to cancel the flight for personal reasons and did so on 4 Dec 23 (more than 48 hours before the departure as per the refund rules) and today on 21 Dec 23, I got an email saying they will only refund me ZAR 152.79 - NO EXPLANATION PROVIDED FOR MY MISSING ZAR 1000.

I am a frequent flyer but rarely use this airline and I think I should keep it that way. Customer service takes weeks to respond and they basically ***** your money. Stay away from Airlink
