Theft and Terrible Service - no assistance nor feedback

Terrible service. My mom an elderly woman waited for her luggage checked in for her flight from George to JNB last night flight no 4Z696 departure 19:05.

On arrival she waited for her checked in suitcase only to realize that it did not arrive and she reported the case as missing at the Airlink counter. Until today, almost 24 hours missing, after numerous attempts of phoning the luggage department of Airlink, no luck and no feedback. No answer at the counter for 20min during the day. Tonight at 18:45 the lady at the counter aventually answered saying that my mom may come search for her luggage herself.

What a disgrace..I am totally shocked. The arrogance and unwillingness to assist. She lost all her clothes traveling to visit her children!

I demand a a call and effort to sorting this problem.

Never make use of this airline ever.
