The worst service ever!!!!!

I wish I could give it zero stars. My father had a flight with Airlink to Angola. When he arrived in Angola his luggage was not at the airport. 2 days later and they still didn't send him his luggage. May I add that he is on perscription medication which is also in the luggage that is now missing. You are so F****** incompitent and all response we recieve is "Ai... I don't now" Wish I could take legal action... if something happens to my dad it's on you and still you don't give a f***.
