The human touch is irreplaceable

My kids, aged 15yrs and 13yrs, had to fly alone to PE for a competition. They are independent and know the system works so it was not a problem for me to select "Unassisted" when I made the booking. At the check in counter we met Mbali. What an awesome lady. She decided to make her own arrangements for assistance for them through security, at boarding and again for assistance at PE. Even to collect their bag. She didn't need to do ALL that. So impressed with her and the airline service. Well done guys.
