Terrible terrible service

7 of my luggage bags were missing. I was told to come back the next day at 9. Came the next day only 3 bags arrived and was told i need to come back later at 4. Bear in mind we were 11 ppl. One being my niece which is 6 months and my granny chronic medicine in her missing bag. I was delayed with my trip by an entire day. I had to book an hotel for 11 of us for that night. Calling the airlink im being pushed back and fought. No on is willing to assist
