Terrible Service & Unfair Booking Policies – Never Again

I will never book with FlyAirlink again. Their service is horrible and their booking terms make no sense.

I accidentally booked the wrong date for my flight and immediately called to correct it. Instead of helping, they told me I would need to pay an extra R1500 on top of what I had already paid just to change the date. The only other option was to cancel and receive no refund at all. I had no choice but to cancel.

I also sent an email the same day (11 August), only to receive an automated response repeating the same information a whole month later (15 September), with no solution, just more problems and my flight is still not canceled.

This airline has been nothing but unhelpful, unresponsive, and unfair. 0 stars.
