Terrible Experience

This is one of the WORST experiences I have had till thus far with an airline. Who refuses passengers at the boarding gate at 9:25 when our flight is only at 9:40? The staff were utterly useless en NO HELP AT ALL. If I could give you a rating it would be 0/10 and none of the staff were even trying to help us get to our flight or even interested in assisting us. I would NOT recommend this airline to anyone.
