Terrible experience.

We booked tickets to fly to Zimbabwe and unfortunately had to cancel as we tested positive for Covid and at the time Zim had implemented quarantine rules. We paid R15 300 for the original tickets (3 of us)

We then had to cancel due to the above reasons and they are wanting to charge us R11 100 to change the dates so we can still go to Zim in a couple months time.

How can you charge almost the same price of the tickets that we originally bought just to change the dates ?

In other words if something happens and you can't get onto your flight you must loose 80% of your money to re-book ?

Absolutely disgusting.
