I got to OR TAMBO today, heading to Durban. I checked in my bags but then I missed my flight. I went to the Airlink desk, there was an African lady, light in complexion with a Bob wig. I explained the situation to her, she then advised that my bags are already on the flight I missed to Durban, I booked my flight with another airline to get to Duran later in the day only to be advised that the bags are still in JHB. The misinformation really cost my entire trip, how is it that you can boldly say something when it’s definitely not like that.
