Service below standard

I have just been belittled by one of the employees at the Airlink Oribi airport in Pietermaritzburg about a lighter that's in my luggage, his manner of approach to clients leaves much to be desired,this is not the first time I have had bad treatment from the same person. The worrying part is that he is our luggage handle but he behaves like he owns the entire airport .
