SA Airlink Cargo best for your pets - Mr F Ndlovu

I booked my kittens in to fly to DBN with BidAir cargo. After they cancelled flights 3 times, I rushed to get them on a flight via SA Airlink. Mr Freedom Ndlovu helped me with the whole process to get them to their owners on the same day. Not only did he come to my car to fetch the kittens, as there was problems at the gate with access, as to make sure they don't miss this flight too. He booked them in, paid for it, let me EFT and kept me up to date every step of the way what is happening. BidAir Cargo can take lessons from him. Best customer service. My hero!! I hope he gets recognition for this! Going the extra mile with a smile.
