SA Airlink Bad Service

This morning my colleagues and I we left Kimberley via SAAirlink on route to OR Tambo when we reach FlySair we were told that our flight to Durban was already boarding we were sent to Flysair customer care and told that we need to take it up with SAairlink all to get that they cant assist us.They gave us a number that we need call which was the wrong number for their customer care only to be be told that they cant assist us. We were delayed by SAirlink, we were on time for the flight and now we are stuck at the airport because thy can’t assist us. They really don’t care about their customers. Flight number 4Z722
