Rude stewardess

Fortunately this has been a one time experience. I am a very regular flyer with Airlink. On 22 February, the air stewardess was very unhelpful and extremely rude. something that I would never have expected from one of Airlink's personnel. My husband and I boarded at OR Thambo to fly to Ndola. We were sitting in the front row, where there is no space for carry-on luggage. I mannaged to find a small space for my laptop bag but there was no space left for my husband's laptop bag. Previously the stewardess has gone out of her way to assist in such a case. This one said it must be put in skycheck. My husband said that is fine and she can take it. She then told him to remove everything that is valuable. It is a laptop bag. That means, laptop, money, cell phone, passport etc was all in there. He asked where he should put it and she just said "I don't know". She said the alternative was that she could remove the hand luggage and him from the plane. My husband then had to sit with his laptop at his feet and other valuable on his lap for the entire flight. This was uncomfortable for him as he is a tall man. I trust that we will not have an experience like this again.
