Rude and not helpful

I would not recommend flying with them if you have a medical condition and need some form of assistance. Airlink’s revenue control consultants take ages to respond to requests. They are rude and seem not to know what they are doing. I was very disappointed with them because they gave me a runaround for over two weeks for a request that takes hours with other airlines.
