Refund processing Horrible/slow

Canceled and requested a refund around the end of December 2021,to date there has been no progress and my follow-ups were helpless. My second Hellopeter complaint and no feedback from here as well,seems this platform is useless as well. It's been 2 months and still nothing,still using covid as a reason even though restrictions have been relaxed.
