POOR SERVICE AND ARROGANCE

Lack of responsiveness, rude or unhelpful staff especially at Luggage's.. We are still waiting for our bags, it is almost 48hours since we waited. no one is calling to give us updates and yet they are still rude and not answering the phones. Flight 4Z829 to MQP was a serious **** up yesterday. At 1st the flight delayed, No one took initiative to keep us updated. full 3 hours waiting. we get to the destination yest no one bags? ao bathong. Now its over 27hrs waiting. no one is calling to check or give us updates regarding our bags. As a skybacks member i am so disappointed. I never thought i would see this day with airlink. POOR MANAGEMENT AND NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY
