Poor service

What a disappointment!!!!

My Aunt was supposed to fly down from Kimberley at 17:00 on the 24th of Jan 2021. As my mom was on her way to OR Thambo to fetch her, Kimberley Airlink phoned my mom to say that my aunt missed her flight. In between all of this my aunt was sitting and waiting for the flight to be called, already checked in and all. They never called for her pr even phoned me or my mom to ask where she is, but they can phone to say she's missed the flight. I mean really Kimberley airport is not that big! Why was the flight not called and why was she not called for when they noticed she's not boarding!!! Or if they picked up the phone and phoned my mom which was on as the emergency number she could've told them that she's sitting right there waiting for the flight to be called for boarding!!!!!! Really bad and when she went to the counter, they told her that she lost all her money and would have to book a new ticket!!!!! All of this and all she wanted to do is come down for her brother's funeral that passed away suddenly due to a stroke!!!!!!
