Poor customer service

I was the airport in Port Elizabeth at 6:24 am all points were closed except for airlink starbucks I stood in the queue, for awhile eventually the staff came and opened their points and the queue got very long, and I was number 2 in the Queue I was already in to leave my bags and getting my boarding pass … the lady that assisted me told me I was in the Wrong line and would get the other clients( that came after me who were standing in the long queue) upset, found this very appalling that it was my fault that the other staff at their points got there late . I think some staff members must remember customer service, also felt like she profiled me and made that ugly remark
