PEOPLE ARE FLYING BUT AIRLINK IS ON HOLIDAY - TOO BAD IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER

I am scheduled to fly into Windhoek Namibia tomorrow morning at 6:30am and have just been advised by my corporate customer in Windhoek that they are going into a two week lockdown. I have tried every number available including airlink numbers in countries that are not on a public holiday and cannot get hold of anyone from this useless company to advise. It is astounding that a company that has customers in flight as we speak has not a single person available to advise its customers. I guess you get what you pay for with this useless airline. To think that I have been giving them my business for a number of months now!
