Pending refund

I booked a flight on the 26th November 2021 via travelstart and the flight was cancelled. Travelstart promised a refund but they only refunded me the booking fee and they did not refund the flight amount that was deducted by Airlink. Flight was from Cape Town to Johannesburg.
