Pay pay pay

4 of us arrive at the airport and we get told my 14 year old daughter ticket does not have a surname. So my reaction is how can any system allow a booking without it. Well clearly their system does this automatically because.......you have to go and get a name changed. So R690 they have now ****** or we can't fly. What a pathetic *******, rather fly Safair than these ******
