Pathetic service

For the third time in as many months I was bumped from by checked in seat on an Airlink flight to a random seat somewhere in the plane. My girlfriend and I always booked and checked in on adjacent seats and both of us were, on boarding the plane, moved to separated seats in different rows somewhere in the plane. Staff were pathetic, unapologetic with no reasons whatsoever provided in their actions. Staff are rude and treat people like children, both ground and air crew. One pays for a service. Tickets are not handed out for free. Pathetic, Airlink
