Pathetic service - Airlink staff are ***** and their poor service resulted in theft from my baggage

Their flight was delayed from Dbn to Jhb, I was supposed to collect my luggage in Jhb and re-check into my connecting flight to London. Because of this delay there was no time to collect our luggage - there were Airlink staff at our arrivals gate who **** and assured us our bags would be put onto our connecting flights but this never happened. After many emails back and forth Airlink eventually sent my bag to my final destination but it had been opened (the wrapping had been removed) and a number of items had been removed/******. All claims have been refuted by Airlink because they say I should have collected my bag in Jhb - not sure how I was supposed to do that!! I WILL NEVER FLY AIRLINK AGAIN!!!!!!
