Pathetic service

I had 2 tickets booked from JNB to Polokwane yesterday. My flight was for 16:40 and we arrived 16:00 and the lady told us boarding gates are closed she cannot do anything our flights were rescheduled for 16:10 but we were not informed about the flight change, she said we should go and book a new set of flight tickets. I told her but its not yet even 16:00 can't you let us on thag flight please she said no sorry and she gave us an attitude and said not her problem, we couldn't even get a refund and yet alone I needed to book new tickets from JNB to Polokwane which was R2883.00 and knowing I lost R2300 for the previous booking that she could of allowed us to go through. I am highly disappointed in the service I received from your company, At my worst end with this company. 10/10 would not recommend.
