Pathetic service

Please share and make this trend!!! Stranded at OR tambo on Christmas Eve after SA Arlink from Lusaka was delayed for over 2 hours as a result we missed our flight to Durban and the airline won’t take responsibility (get us another flight or book us a hotel) because we are on a different contract (different connecting airline). They closed their doors on us,with a sick child(on special diet and medication). To think my 12 year old son was on their flight last week and if something similar had to happen to him this is the kind of treatment he was going to get is the worse part about this whole experience. We have had to spend money on a hotel for a night and get a flight for tomorrow morning #airlink #pathetic-service #hellopeter
