Pathetic human being at the boarding gate

My sister and I booked a flight to Durban on the 1st of October 2024, we arrived there at 8:30, we had already checked in and everything, so as you would expect, all you do after that is wait, so because our ticket had written that the boarding gate closes 15 minutes before the flight has to take off, our flight was at 9:35 by the way, so we get to the boarding gate well before 20 minutes of the stipulated time, the lady, whose name I did not catch, but I'll describe her, she's short, dark toned, her hair was relaxed and in a little pony, she was wearing a long Airlink trench coat, without even looking at our tickets, decides to tell us that they are closed and the flight is leaving, mind you, we could see the flight, because they were still packing suitcases from where we were standing, there was another one who was still taking a wheelchair to the plane, like, how pathetic was that lady? So petty, almost like she just looked at us and decided that she already hates us, so much so, that couldn't even help us, I swear if we were white, she would have helped us, what a useless, pathetic, piece of **** of a human being!!!! I wish I could remember her name, but she knows herself, she was the only female at the OR Tambo Airlink boarding gate on Tuesday.
