On 26 September my flight from OR Tambo to Bloemfontein was cancelled, all passengers were asked to go to the ticket office for a refund. Upon arrival at the ticket office, we were given a business card with an email address and told to email them for a refund. I send the email, attached the proof of the excess baggage I paid as well as my boarding pass for the flight 4Z711. I have not had a response from anyone at Airlink. I have send 3 follow up emails and nothing. I will not fly with them or refer them to anyone. The worst airline in SA.
