My first and last booking with this airline

The worst experience I have had, as I write this the flight I was supposed to be on hasn't left but I wasn't allowed to board. I arrived 35 mins to board and was refused to check-in. The gentlemen instead referred me to the help desk where more of my time was wasted by being told that I cannot board as they have closed. The flight was scheduled to leave at 15h45. I reached check in at 15h08. The luggage I had I could take in as hand luggage but no I wasn't given any chance to make it on the only flight that goes out to Upington from the airline.
