Most useless airline

Please note that this is THE WORST experience that I have ever had. This by far THE MOST USELESS airline possibly in the world. How can you close a boarding gate 20min prior to take off? How can your staff not even try to assist us in getting to the flight? We arrived 9:25 for a flight that departed at 9:40. Yet your staff couldn’t bother opening the gates to let us on to the airplane that was still there. Rude staff. So unhelpful. If I could rate you it would be -10/10. Pathetic is not even close to accurate as to what I can use to describe your airline. Lastly, please inform your utterly useless staff to actually call people that are stuck at security gates that the gates are closing.
