Missing / ****** luggage

I've never experienced such incompetence from an airline. Checked my luggage in at Cape Town International Airport traveling on a flight connecting Cape Town to Kimberly to Johannesburg.

I was promised that my bag will be sent straight to Johannesburg but when we landed in Joburg our luggage was missing. How does a company lose 12 passengers' luggage??? I booked a flight arriving in OR Tambo at 19:00 so that I can catch Gautrain but at 20:30 we were still waiting at the Airlink offices and no one cares about how we are getting home. Some passengers missed their overseas flights and we are told to just provide our details and our bags will be sent to us tomorrow!!! Such disregard for our safety after paying so much for flight tickets.
