Missing checked in luggage for 3 months

Used Airlink from joburg to Harare 0n the 17th of november 2022. Could not find one of my checked in luggage bags upon arrival in Harare. My luggage is still missing until now. This was a great inconvenience im beyond disappointed. I have since completed forms for claim and awaiting response.
