luggage theft/ bad service

Please try to avoid using airlink as mode of transportation, if it is unavoidable please ensure to wrap your luggage bag and remove all valuable items from your suitcase. Over the festive season I used their services from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth when I arrived in Port Elizabeth they told me my luggage was left behind in Johannesburg. the consultants told me my luggage would arrive the following morning on the first flight in. The next day I did not get any form of communication from them. I called the airline around 4pm to enquire about my luggage they told me that the luggage was still in Johannesburg. There was a bit of back and forth between myself and the consultant then the consultant said the bag should arrive the next day. The following morning there was still no communication from the airline, I called them around 12pm they told me to come and collect the suitcase. I went immediately. When I got back home I opened my suitcase to my surprise my clothes were messed up and there were items ******. I contacted the airline immediately, they sent me forms to fill in where I had to state what was ****** and send pictures of the suitcase etc. This was before Christmas, to this day I have not received any form of feedback from the airline regarding my items. The items ****** were to the value of R7000 and these were new gifts.
