Lost bagage

Worse company! They don’t know how to assist a client. I took a flight from Johannesburg for Lubumbashi I didn’t get my suitcase. I’ve called them to know when I will receive it and they two days after since 5 days now I did not receive my suitecase. And the fact that they **** to me is just a lack of professionalism.
