Is damaging and *****ing Airlink's new modus operandi???

I normally have a good experience but on several occasions Airlink has lost my suitcase or I received it damaged. This is what happened in December 2021 on my flight from Johannesburg to Sikhupe: suitcase broken and 2 expensive bottles of perfume ******. Lots of email conversations after the initial filling in of the claim report on arrival at Sikhupe. Final result: nothing!!!
