Is Airlink In Financial Difficulties?

Is Airlink in financial hardship? I've been waiting for my flights to be refunded as agreed to by Airlink, since April 2020. It's nearly 1 year that's passed, and I'm still waiting. I'm also getting tired of all the emails on the subject, back and forth, which are not resulting in my refund. What is going on Airlink?
