Absolutely DISGRACEFUL. I was at the gate while the plane still had 10 min to leave. With my ticket in my hand the staff were sending me from one kiosk to another. They wouldn’t let me board the plane. It would have taken me half a min to enter the plane and sit at my seat. They refused. I obviously lost my flight due to the staff making a yo-yo out of me. I had to pay for another flight the next day. Shocking of them.
