I want my refund for return flight reference RHAYWX_AS Ndamase

I want a refund of my return flight tickets: RHAYWX

1. The airline surely knew that the flights scheduled for 06 September 2024, would be delayed, but there was no communication in that regard.

2. After a long wait at the airport, the flight was eventually canceled. It was shocking to realise that the airline employees have no protocol on how to handle such. There was no formal announcement of the cancelation, it was only communicated to those who ask.

3. No one bothered to assist with our luggage, we were expected to ask around to get our luggage, no one bothered to escort us as a group.

4. The loose papers that we were asked to complete didn't look professional at all. Chances of one missing and not be recognized are very high.

5. To my surprise, your attended tells us that by canceling we might incur admin fees. Perhaps this should be clarified. I don't think you even have legal ground for such.

6. According to the flightSA website, the weather conditions on 06 September 2024 were conducive for flying. However, we were told that the cancelation reasons are bad weather and operational issues. When we requested further clarity about these operational issues that we should pay for, there was no answer.

You lack of professionalism and you disregard your clients as if you are doing them a favour. You do not even deserve the 1 star. But I'd like my refund, and hopefully Umtata gets another airline to operate, because your are lacking in business etiquette.
