How not a run a company.

They lost my bags and no matter how many times you call them they will not answer the phone to sort out the issue I have called 5 times today already and every depart I’ve been through to just send me back to the baggage department which does not answer the phone. Quick to accept a reservation but won’t fix their mess up.
