How about telling us about the Ts and Cs!

I cancelled a ticket which I was told was valid for a year but that I would have to pay R600 to change it. At no time was it indicated that the ticket had to be used by the same passenger. When I phoned to book a new ticket I was told to pay a name change fee. The price to rebook the ticket was over R1500. The same ticket on the website was R1400. How the hell is this possible! What a *******!
