Helpful Staff

I had to change my flight 3 times due to various reasons, but with the last change I forgot to contact the airline and update my ticket to include travelling with a cat. I phoned the airline in a flat spin and a lady called Nkululeko Moyane was exceptionally helpful with getting the cat "booked" on my ticket with such short notice. She also sent me very useful documentation on the confirmation e-mail that I received.
