GREAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE

This review goes to two staff members at the checking desk of Airlink, at Cape Town International. We dropped off my grandson yesterday 16 December 2023 on a flight to O.R.Tambo,leaving at 17h55. It's was his first solo flight and his mom asked for assistance for him.The two ladies,Bella and Zizipho had a discussion and Zizipho offered to chaperone him. This gave us such a relief. This was done without hassles. Zizipho got up from her desk,after serving the last passenger in front of her and accompanied my grandson to the boarding gates and also made sure he is on the plane. To us it is nothing less than outstanding service. This is what ,one would expect from any airline,customer service par excellence. All I can say is that you've got our family business.
