On my flight from OR TAMBO TO PMB ,One of The staff took my duffle bag at the border gate to say it’s too big and won’t fit in the upper cupboard flight compartment which has never happened before !! only for the staff to ***** 2 of my watches and jewelry pieces. I will never fly with them ever again and they don’t even try salvage the situation when you report their ********ity. I carry a duffle bag because I want to safeguard my bag but it was out of my control at the border gate cause I didn’t have a choice to wrap or lock my bag.
