Give Nozipho Jobe Her Flowers for A Job Well Done!

I'd like to thank Nozipho Jobe from the Airlink contact centre for restoring my faith in FlyAirlink. I have had a number of challenges with the bookings I made for two of my famility members between Jhb and Mthatha who both needed Medical Assistance and it was an important travel. Based on my previous encounters with Jhb-Mthatha I had lost hope with arrangements of Mthatha_Jhb. But Nozipho was very patient with me and my troubles, I even ran out of airtime with all the in-line waitings and explaining the same story to different people from the contact centre. When our call got cut off (which happened several times with other agents) she took the initiative of making the calls to me herself and we communicated from Saturday morning till early evening with the arrangements until all was sorted. I cannot go into all the details of what were the challenges but I am grateful to her for all she did for my family. My fragile aunt was able to travel from Mthatha to Jhb with full medical assistance. I remember jokingly asking her kanti what time do you knock off because she had just called me few minutes before 7 pm responding to another of my emails worried that there was still something that I was not happy with.

I am writing this review to give Nozipho Jobe her flowers for being a superb representative of FlyAirlink.
