Fly Airlink is in bed with Mytrip - be warned!

Flyairlink is in bed with Mytrip, a ******* pretending to be an agent. I am being sent from pillar to post for what should be a simple rescheduling of my flight. Airlink says deal with Mytrip. I emailed Mytrip to reschedule and I was told to call and reschedule. I called and was out on hold for 60 minutes without anyone to assist me. Airlink says it can’t get involved.

How can Airlink not be involved when Mytrip is an agent appointed to sell its products - flights?

Airlink and Mytrip are in this together. I just have to send a summons against Airlink after I have purchased another ticket and computed my damages.
