First Class Assistance with a baggage query

As keen fishermen we are travelling to KITFT in Zimbabwe as we do every year. Unexpectedly the travel Agent alerted us to the fact that fishing rod holders over 2m were not allowed. Mine is 2.2m long and 10cm in diameter and never had a problem before. I contacted "Marlie" at Airlink Baggage and she went out of her way to clear with the operations manager that all was ok. Marlie you were wonderfully helpful and a credit to Customer Relationship Management unlike the person as Airlink that the TA talked to.
