Excellent Service via AIRLIINK On-Line

My Wife & I booked tickets to Hoedspruit, to hire an Autohome and travel to the Kruger, because I can NO LONGER drive that far because of Cancer. I collapsed and was admitted to Donald Gordon High Care, Ended up having my right lung drained of. 1.5 litres of fluid. Applied for refund of tickets, as trip naturally cancelled. Some paperwork required by Airlink and in NO TIME at all, refund was processed. Well done AIRLINK for excellent Customer Service
