Excellent Airlink passenger service

Once a year we fly from Cape Town to Nelspruit and return to go on holiday for a couple of weeks in Hazyview to visit the nearby Kruger Park. The flights are always pleasant and on our return trip to Cape Town on the 18th of June, we had very good service from Airlink. I am an elderly man and I need a now to use a walking stick. Coming in the departure hall the serving check-in lady asked my wife if I needed a wheelchair and her answer was yes, please. I would never as for help because I try not to bother other people. So we went within the wheelchair direct to the plane. Helped me to get on the plane and the flight attendant brought us directly to our seats and brought also my hand baggage. The flight to be perfectly in time. In Cape Town, an Airlink staff member helped to bring me to the baggage claim and loaded our heavy luggage on a trolley and brought us to P2 where our shuttle bus will pick us up to bring us back home in Stellenbosch. Next year we fly off course again with Airlink to Nelspruit
